Payment

We accept cash, check, debit, MasterCard, or Visa.

Return Policy

We will exchange any item with receipt within 30 days of purchase. We do not apply product credit toward services.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hour notice for all cancellations. We do appreciate your business and do appreciate the time you set aside to come to us for your style services. We ask your understanding that when we set aside time to work with you it is a commitment on our part. Appointment cancellations often don’t allow us the necessary time to re-schedule with other clients.

Children as guests

We request that guests under the age of twelve be accompanied by an adult. This creates a consistent environment to ensure the quality of our consultations and services.

Guarantee

We have a commitment to excellence in our salon as well as providing a wonderful experience. We guarantee all services. If you feel dissatisfied in any way, please contact us within two weeks of your service so we may remedy the situation. We value your happiness.
